

Good News for Green Card Holders!
This month USCIS will change how it temporarily extends the I-551 Green Card of I-90 applicants while their I-90 is pending; instead of providing a physical sticker to be placed on the Green Card, USCIS will automatically extend the validity of the Green Card of I-90 applicants for 12 months through updated language in the I-797 receipt notice. A December 31, 2020 Presidential Proclamation extended the immigration bans set to expire on January 1, 2021.
